3. Client Responsibilities
The Client agrees to:

4. Scheduling and Appointments
Appointments for office clearance will be scheduled based on availability. The Service Provider will make reasonable efforts to accommodate the Client's preferred dates and times.
5. Fees and Payment
Pricing: Fees for office clearance services are determined based on the volume and nature of items to be cleared, as well as the complexity of the job.
Payment Terms: Payment is due upon completion of the services unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. Accepted payment methods include cash, credit/debit cards, and bank transfers.
6. Cancellation and Rescheduling
The Client may cancel or reschedule an appointment by providing at least 48 hours' notice. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled appointment may incur a cancellation fee.
7. Liability
The Service Provider strives to handle all items with care. However, the Service Provider is not liable for any pre-existing damage to items prior to clearance, nor for any incidental damage that may occur during the clearance process unless caused by gross negligence or intentional misconduct.
8. Confidentiality
All confidential information and documents handled during the clearance process will be treated with strict confidentiality. Secure shredding services will be provided for sensitive documents to ensure data protection.
9. Compliance with Laws
The Service Provider will comply with all applicable local, regional, and national laws and regulations concerning waste disposal, recycling, and environmental protection.
10. Changes to Terms and Conditions
The Service Provider reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Clients will be notified of any significant changes, and continued use of services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
11. Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Leyton is located. Any disputes arising from these terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Leyton.
12. Force Majeure
The Service Provider shall not be held liable for any failure or delay in performing services due to causes beyond their reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, acts of government, or labor disputes.
13. Severability

Personal information collected from the Client will be used solely for the purpose of providing office clearance services and will not be shared with third parties without the Client's consent, except where required by law.
17. Insurance
The Service Provider maintains appropriate insurance coverage to protect against liabilities arising from the provision of office clearance services.
18. Termination
Either party may terminate the agreement by providing written notice. In the event of termination, the Client is responsible for payment of all services rendered up to the termination date.
19. Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising from these terms and conditions will first be addressed through negotiation between the Client and the Service Provider. If a resolution cannot be reached, the dispute will be escalated to mediation or arbitration as appropriate.
